Hi, I'm Larissa Bailey Parrish, a Professional Coach with over two decades of experience supporting adults through career changes, life transitions, and leadership challenges.
I also have ADHD. And I built a 21-year career with it anyway.
I worked my way up to Vice President, leading a multilevel organization of managers, supervisors, and frontline teams. I ran high-profile projects, spent months in the Philippines transforming a call center, and spent most of those years learning how to communicate in ways that worked for every kind of thinker — because I had to.
I know what it feels like to work twice as hard and still wonder why things others find easy feel like climbing a wall. To be motivated, capable, and still completely stuck.
Overcoming those challenges also made me a better leader, a sharper communicator, and ultimately, a better coach. I learned to work with my brain instead of against it. Now I help others do the same.
I've spent years learning how the ADHD brain actually works — not just from research and training, but from living it. And I've seen what happens when people with ADHD get support that wasn't designed for them: more shame, more frustration, more proof of a story that was never true to begin with.
That's why I built this practice differently.
I bring together my background in business, human resources (SHRM-SCP), and professional coaching to offer something that actually fits: a coaching style built around how your brain works — not how the world expects it to.
You'll experience coaching that is:
So much of our work together is about uncovering who you truly are beneath the mask — the one you've worn to cope, to fit in, and to keep up. Because when you stop performing and start discovering, that's where real change begins.
"Coaching isn't about changing who you are — it's about discovering your strengths and finding strategies that work for your life."
