About Larissa

Hi, I’m Larissa Bailey-Parrish, the founder of Discover Coaching PDX LLC. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business and human resources. I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a SHRM SCP credentialed HR leader, and I’m continuing to work toward full certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

For over two decades, I’ve supported adults through career changes, personal transitions, leadership development, and all big and small goals that often feel out of reach. I know what it’s like to be motivated yet stuck—ready for more but unsure of the next step. I started Discover Coaching PDX to give people the clarity, focus, and support they need to turn their dreams into achievable plans.
